In accordance with our corporate identity, we will give special emphasis to your motivation, commitment, and proactive thinking.Hard skillsDegrees in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering;Minimum of 2 years of experience in FPGA design;Solid skills in VHDL/Verilog/System Verilog development and FPGA verification;Experience in digital signal processing is preferred, as well as experience with network protocols and standards;Proficiency with Altera Quartus Prime or AMD Vivado is preferred;Knowledge of versioning tools will be a plus.Soft skillsAbility to work in a team;Proactive and eager to propose solutions;Excellent organizational and communication skills;Customer-facing attitude;Good language skills, English and Italian written and spoken; French will be a plus.Main responsibilitiesDevelop HDL FPGA IPs;Design FPGA system architectures using co-design HW/FW approach;Interact with the Embedded Design team;Work as an independent contributor in the research and development activities;Support HW/SW bring-up and debug;Prepare project documentation.What do we offer?Permanent employment contract;Annual gross salary ranging from 38,000€ to 54,000€, but higher compensations are not excluded (commensurate with experience);Continuous education and training funds;Milan site, close to M2 Cascina Burrona metro station;Hybrid work possibilities;Flexible working hours;Health insurance;Retirement fund.How does the selection process work?You will be involved in 4 main steps:Initial Assessment: We will conduct a first behavioral interview to understand your background, your attitudes, and what you expect from SMA-RTY.Skills Testing sessions: We will have 2 more interviews of assessments to evaluate your specific skills or abilities related to the job, such as technical skills, cognitive abilities, or personality traits.Offer and Negotiation: If selected, we will extend you a job offer, including details such as salary, benefits, and start date.
