As a Grading Support Technician, you will be part of world leader of wood-scanning solutions. Thanks to your knowledge, you will help our customers in an efficient use of the systems and will become an active part of a dynamic team, working on exciting projects.Your tasksOrganization and implementation of customer trainings regarding the functionalities and use of our MiCROTEC SolutionsCommissioning and calibration of scanners and other equipmentsGeneral customer support (online or on-site) with production set-up and rule settings to meet customer needsQuality control during production to monitor scanner performanceStatistical analyses based on simulated offline productions and the preparation of reportsCollaboration with other teams in various activities, i.e. Development of new detection systems or improvement of measuring systemsYour profileKnowledge of the supply chain and/or wood processingAnalytical and reporting skillsGood knowledge of English and knowledge of GermanIndependent and structured way of working, as well as special attention to customers' needsTeam player with high problem-solving skills and willingness to learnAvailability to travel worldwideDriving license B
