Position SummarySupporting Direct and Indirect sales force by providing the most efficient contribution in terms of reporting, analysis and data management.Drive in the most efficient way, the activities, which are related to the Demand Forecasting process of the assigned product/business as a key part of the Supply Chain Management, with total focus on AP1/AP2 process part.Role And ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Provide analysis on sales forecast accuracy KPI (result & trend) by product/channel/Account.Process and update sales reporting as required.Check and request allocation goods to Korea and Europe central warehouse.Match the actual situation with the sales forecasts and highlight the major discrepancies.Elaborate and update – on a weekly basis – the Demand Forecasting situation to be forwarded to the manufacturing sites to align the production phase to the local needs.Actively promote and sustain the SCM approach within the Business Unit ensuring the respect of Corporate guidelines and the timely elaboration of the required information.Verify carefully the information received from the different Departments and ask clarifications whenever necessary to ensure the reliability of the data.Implement forecast analysis, elaborate and update the Demand Forecasting situation.Support sales decision-making with data analyses, and support Sales force with a detailed analysis on sales and business performance.Provide analysis on stock situation, sell-out trend and congruency with demand planning.Skills And QualificationsEducational Background: Master/Bachelor with a focus in Economics.Professional Background: 2/3 years experience in supply chain roles.Computer Knowledge: Excellent knowledge with Excel and the most common statistical and analytical marketing tools.Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English. Korean language will be a plus.Others: Excellent analytical skill.
