We are hiring an experienced Senior Brand Manager to work on a key strategic global category in one of our European Head Offices.Scope of the RoleBe the brand lead, coordinating and influencing the cross-functional team & senior management stakeholders.Develop 5Y category strategy to define a clear growth roadmap with a consumer first approach (product innovation, go to market strategy, activations platform).Anticipate consumer trends, competition & new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap.Actively collaborate with top tier countries across Europe.Define and execute innovation pipeline (concept, research and development).Lead execution of activation toolkits (TVC, digital, POS), with the right consumer insights & touchpoints in partnership with top tier countries.Report, track, learn & suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing actions.Take full P&L ownership including A&P management and optimisation.Experience RequiredLeadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence.Stakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, exec and local teams.Proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management and 4Ps excellence.A strong drive for results, can do attitude and performance tracking.Analytical skills and ability to build KPIs.Moderate travel: 20-30% of the time.Advanced English.8 years + experience, preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.BenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
