The Sales Associate actively contributes to maximize the performance of the Milan Boutique through the achievement of strategic and sales objectives, guaranteeing excellent customer service and optimal profitability.The Sales Associate represents the IWC Schaffhausen brand inside and outside the Boutique, ensuring compliance with the Group's policies and procedures.How will you make an impact?Budget Boutique achievementDeveloping sales initiatives aimed to achieve turnover targets (monthly and annual) and the KPIs established by the Boutique ManagerCustomer FocusGuarantying a high standard in terms of customer welcome, information and service, bearing in mind that the final customer is the priorityKnowing the products and their availability, the technical peculiarities, the history of the IWC brand, the competitors in the Luxury sector and sharing knowledge with the customer to ensure excellent customer service during sales and after salesBoutique management supportPreparing daily reports on stock, type of customer and products soldParticipating in maintaining visual merchandising guidelines of the Boutique according to the Maison’s directivesAssisting the Boutique Manager in organizing local eventsBoutique administrationKnowing and correctly using SAP and the SAV System: guaranteeing the correct processing of payments in cash and credit cards, entering sales data in the management system, transferring productsEnsuring that all standards and operating procedures are respectedAccessories stockDealing with restocking accessories (straps, bracelets, etc.), as well as keeping them correctly cataloged in orderProviding assistance to colleagues for the replacement/exchange of straps/bracelets on sales or customer watchesCalling prospect CRMBeing responsible for calling customers/prospects registered on the IWC website who have requested a catalogue, creating a relationship between them and the most personal boutique, building loyalty, inviting them to visit the store, and providing information regarding a product of particular interestHow will you experience success with us?You are an ambassador of the Maison, which means knowing and sharing the Maison’s products & History.You must have a deep knowledge in watchmaking; you must speak Italian and English very fluently.Your journey with us:We aim to provide a valuable recruitment process, allowing you to gain exposure to some key decision makers and influencing individuals.Initial screening call with the Richemont Talent TeamMeeting with the Boutique ManagerMeeting with the Brand director Italy & Greece
