Job DescriptionMaintain sales and orders database updated.Produce sales reports and maintain sales records.Share market information with the sales team and corporate functions.Support for sales statistical analysis: articles, average prices, etc.Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.Communicate important feedback to sales manager and/or other internal departments.Provide post-sale customer support.Order Management and Pricing Management (price list upload and price analysis).QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.1-2 years experience in sales administration, or a similar role.Experience working with SAP.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.Experience in working with international teams preferred.Proficient in a minimum of 2 languages; English and Italian are mandatory, French is considered a plus.Company DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for the sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
