This is an exciting time in our history, and by creating a new and ambitious path, it will provide a unique opportunity for us all, both professionally and personally.Join us as a Founder of our ‘new’ Sandoz!Job DescriptionRole PurposeTo provide full range of P&O Business Partnering responsibilities to a dedicated client group (single business area, e.g. ComOps, TechOps) and be responsible for a specific area of the function for the successful delivery of P&O programs/policies. Established professional working independently with responsibility for results of a small team within one location.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate and support the implementation of various P&O processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, succession planning and OTR to achieve the Unit’s goals, in close cooperation with the respective process experts.Compile specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and format for reporting.Supervise the performance and development of a small team.Participate or lead P&O Projects at country or BU level.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:Master's degree in Economics or Law field as preferred.Previous experience >4 years in a similar role.Previous experience in a multinational company, from pharmaceutical sector as a plus.Capability to manage Workforce Administration and Employee Relations Policies & Practices.Ability to lead Performance Management.Fluent in English.Business Mindset, Ability to Manage Change and Resilience.You’ll receive:Customized development paths and free access to our on-demand training catalogs.Job rotation projects that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with global teams.Corporate Welfare Plan.Recognition Program to highlight your impact for the organization.Hybrid Work Model based on flexibility and trust.Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
