The Duties:
Greet guests warmly and handle the check-in process efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
Provide guests with information about the hotel facilities, amenities, and services.
Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about hotel policies, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Assist guests with booking reservations, arranging transportation, and making recommendations for dining and entertainment options.
Address any issues or concerns raised by guests, escalating them to the appropriate department or management when necessary.
Manage guest reservations and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the hotel’s CRM.
Follow established safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests, employees, and the hotel property.
Skills and Attributes:
Minimum of 5 O-Levels or hospitality-related certification.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting would be considered a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Strong in written and oral English language.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
