The resource will have the chance to experiment directly with a 360° experience on the following topics:People management processesHR AdministrationTalent acquisitionEmployee developmentHealth & SafetyEmployee relationsEmployee engagementThe main tasks that will be assigned are:Support the HR organization in daily administration tasksSupport the implementation of the main engagement activitiesSupport the HR team on Health & Safety managementSupport the HR team on talent management (training & development)Analysis and reporting on the main HR metricsThe candidate will have the chance to interact with the business leaders and understand the dynamics associated with a med-device multinational company.Minimal Requirements:Degree in Economics or LawFluent in Italian, English, both written and oralGood knowledge of Office Package with a specific focus on Excel and PPTGood communication skillsStrong motivation with good interpersonal skills and team work attitudeAttention to details and strong analytical skillsCuriosityPassion for the medical device industryTravel Percentage: None
