We are looking for a candidate for the position of: EMEA FMS Installation and Support Engineer The candidate will be part of the installation and validation team operating at a European level and will provide technical assistance to our clients, constantly interfacing with other business functions including marketing, research and development, and calibrations. The candidate will specifically perform calibration and installation activities for all our equipment used for monitoring contamination in air, liquids, and gases, both in our laboratory and onsite at customer locations. In particular, the role will involve the following activities: Configuration, calibration, and installation of hardware, to be performed at the office laboratory and at the customer's site. Understanding the URS, risk assessment, traceability matrix, creating specifications and validation documents. Installation and configuration of software. Integration of the system into the customer's domain. Project management activities according to PMI best practices. Validation of projects both remotely and in the field. Technical support to customers: demos, maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, specific training, both remotely and onsite. Collaboration with the Calibration Department to support scheduled activities both in the office and onsite during peak workload periods. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following qualifications: Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; a diploma from any Technical High School will also be considered if the candidate has 5 years of professional experience in the role. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of IT networks, creation and configuration of virtual machines, VNC, DameWare, VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V, domain controllers, domain policies, domain integration, PowerShell scripting, CAD, TeamViewer, Office365. Willingness to travel for work in Italy and abroad. Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken; knowledge of German/French will be a plus. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
