We are looking for an Associate with past experience in the labour law department of a leading international or Italian law firm (or in a national boutique law firm specialized in labour law), with particular expertise in litigation proceedings before Italian labour Courts and assistance to corporate on M&A. Advisory experience on other aspects of labour law – in particular collective dismissals, transfer of undertakings and employment relationship with senior management – is a plus, especially if gained with international clients.Key responsibilities:Support advising clients in all the aspects of Italian labour lawSupport advising clients in litigation proceedings before Italian labour CourtsSupport assisting corporate on M&ATraining trainees and stagiaresKey requirements:Law degree with first-class academic recordsAvvocato, qualified in Italy1-3 years PQE gained within the labour law department of a leading international or national law firm (or within a national boutique law firm specialized in labour law)Track record of working for a leading international or national law firm (or national boutique law firms specialized in labour law)Expertise in corporate assistanceExpertise in advising clients in litigation proceedings before Italian labour CourtsFluent English, both spoken and writtenAble to work constructively and effectively as part of a teamCommitted to providing an excellent service to our clientsProactive involvement in business development and knowledge managementGood interpersonal skills
